ABOUT

Hello, my name is Jennifer Leigh Wilson. I am a 43-year-old woman, who believe that you are never to old to learn something new and that you should never stop learning something new everyday. I have been to college most of my adult life and earned several different degrees. I want to be an example that inspires my two daughters to work on earning a degree in the field of their chose and makes them happy. My daughters have wated me attend college all of their lives in the pursuit of growing my knowledge and skills in many different fields of study. I currently have my degrees in Cosmetology, Accounting, Mortgage Field Inspection Services, and Medical Claims & Billing.

I am currently attending DeVry University for my degree in Graphic and Web Design. I previously started working toward this degree at another university in 2020. After completing my first full year at that university, I received an email from the school informing me that they had lost their accreditation and would be closing in a weeks time. The students had no warning that this would be happening and it left me, along with all other students without a school to finish our degrees. In 2025, I was finally able to locate another school that would except my previous credits. DeVry University excepted these previous credits and now I am able to complete working toward my Graphic and Web Design. To complete this degree, I am taking a leave of absense from my main job to complete this degree.

While I was trying to locate another school to complete my Graphic and Web Design degree, I was able to start and complete the Medical Claims and Billing certificate program also st DeVry University. I completed this certificate program in October 2025. I am determined to complete my currently program of study because it has become a passion of mine to create graphic designs and websites.
